Alce Nero P.G.I Balsamic vinegar of Modena is made from the must of Italian grapes and the addition of wine vinegar to organic concentrated grape must and boiled organic grape must. Musts are obtained from grapes exclusively sourced from selected vineyards. In the rating system defined by A.I.B. (Italian Balsamic Tasters), it obtained “Two Leaves” classification, with a silver label. Characterised by a medium syrup texture as well as a sweet and sour flavour, it is ideal for salad dressing, marinades and barbecues.
